Engaging Shakespeare: The Event

In anticipation of our upcoming Engaging Shakespeare Event, J.J. and I have put together a basic agenda for how things will go. Here it is!

1. First, the Music Video, The World's A Stage, will provide a good exciting introduction to the program.
2. Second, JJ and I will introduce the event and the basic premise of what we are trying to do. We will showcase the website, mostly focusing on people's blog posts and our use of blogs in the class. We will emcee the rest of the event.
3. Next, the art group will present to the group their project, Less Matter, More Art.
4. Then the audio book group will present their work, Hamlet the Prince of Denmark: An Abridged Audio Book.
5. Next will be the documentary group presenting their film about the play, entitled Lovers of Shakespeare: A Journey.
6. Finally, we will have the play group present their mini-play, Lovers of Shakespeare.
7. JJ and I will conclude the program and host a Q&A session with the class if anyone has any questions for us.

And that will be it!

Also, between different presentations we will have bits of Shakespeare trivia and give away some small prizes. Should be a lot of fun!
